Katic artisan bread and olive oil for lunch
Here I go again, dining on that Katic artisan bread, the delicious baguette. This was my lunch today. It was entirely satisfying.
The small bowl in the middle of the plate contains organic olive oil, into which I dipped the bread. The brand is Spectrum Organic Unfiltered Omega-3 Olive Oil. It makes the Katic baguette pieces taste like donuts.
Organic olive oil has many health benefits. Every home should switch over to olive oil for all cooking, dipping, and frying.
The olive oil softens the bread and adds a wonderful flavor to it. Olive oil is so much better tasting, and more healthy, than butter or margarine.
Just like at that olive oil-soaked artisan bread. What a terrific lunch. Filling and nutritious.
